This school year we do lots of stuff on the computer, we mostly blog and read other blogs. Most of the time we write about the blogs on our google account. Most of us write about the dvice blog because it gets updated daily and all the other blogs get updated weekly or sometimes monthly. The Dvice blog has lots of interesting stuff to write about and most people right about the same thing like a boat car, or a car that goes 1050 km in 40 seconds. Another popular blog is afrigadget it gets ubdated weekly but it still has lots of interesting stuff like monkey bridges, Monkey bridges is a bridge in africa that an endangered species of monkeys can cross so they dont get hit by a car.
Some people write blogs almost daily and they get lots more hits then the rest of us. More people visit their site and give them lots of comments, and they also go to their friends blogs and leave them lots of comments. They get to most of their friends blogs with a blog roll. A blog roll is something people use to link them to their friends websites. They can tell where the people that visit their site are from by clustr maps. A clustr map is a map of the world and it shows red dots where the people that visited their site live, like what coountry their from. It doesnt like show the cities so they wont know exactly where they live.
All of this is important because lots of people might want to know what is going on in the world. They might not be able to read the blogs for them self so they can read other peoples blogs and maybe they add a little more detail so they will get more information.
We have google accounts too and thats where we get our blogs from. On my google account i have some games, i have a optical illusions widget, I have a christmas countdown and im pretty sure theres about 48 days til christmas.:) Ther is blogs on it also and they are about things that are happening all over the world, but its mostly in japan and africa. By reading all the blogs i read i learned that there is alot of new inventions coming out in the future, and most of them are pretty cool. If i could ever get enough money to get some of those inventions i would buy them. i also learned that some places in africa are really poor places. Lots off people chose to have a theme, i think i have a pretty cool theme to me it is trippy. and lots of people alos added widgets, widgets are add ons that you can use and they are really useful sometimes. i have lots of widgets, some widgets that you add are games.
I can improve my use of it by reading more of the blogs on it or i could do more of my work on the google docs. i can also improve my use bye playing more games on it or looking ant optical illusions or i could also read my horoscope daily. This is really all i can think about to make my use with google improve.
All of this is important because we do a lot of this stuff and if we didnt have this we would have tolook in a social studies text book and do norml social studies work.
